If you’re finding yourself discouraged by your current circumstances, look around at your colleagues, mentors, and friends and find ways to appreciate the good things that they bring to you and your life. Then, tell them how much you appreciate them. I’d bet that your outlook on things begins to turn as you get your perspective off of yourself.
